Cookie Policy

Effective September 25, 2026. RESTorative Co. LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

1.What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files that websites store in your browser. They let a site remember you across pages or visits – for example, to keep you signed in, store your preferences, or count how many people visit. Some cookies are essential to the way a site works; others are optional and serve analytics or advertising purposes.

2.Why We Use Cookies

We use cookies for three purposes:

  • Analytics – to understand which pages and features people use, so we can improve them.
  • Advertising – to attribute conversions and build audiences for ads on Meta platforms.
  • Attribution – if you arrive through an affiliate or referral link, to credit the affiliate who referred you.
  • Preferences and geography – to remember your consent choice and detect whether to show our cookie banner.

3.What We Set

Cookie Purpose Duration
Strictly necessary
wl_consent_state Remembers whether you've accepted, declined, or opted out of "sale or share" Persistent (localStorage)
wl_geo_country Caches your country code so we don't re-detect it on every page Session (sessionStorage)
Analytics (PostHog)
ph_* PostHog visitor + session identifiers for product analytics 12 months
__posthog_opt_in_out_* Records that you opted out of PostHog (set when you decline analytics) Persistent
Analytics (Microsoft Clarity)
_clck Holds an anonymous Clarity visitor ID, so repeat visits to this Site are attributed to the same visitor 1 year
_clsk Joins the pages you view into a single Clarity session recording 1 day
Advertising (Meta Pixel)
_fbp Meta's browser pixel ID for advertising attribution 90 days
_fbc Click ID from fbclid URL parameter – links a Meta ad click to a Site visit 90 days
tr Meta tracking pixel Session
Attribution
whisperliminals_affiliate_code If you arrive through an affiliate or referral link (a ?ref= or ?a= URL parameter), remembers which affiliate referred you so they receive credit for your subscription. First-party; set on .whisperliminals.com so it carries to the app at checkout. A matching value is also stored in your browser's localStorage as a backup. 30 days

The advertising cookies above power the Meta Pixel. When you consent, we share advertising data with Meta to measure and optimize the ads we run on Facebook and Instagram – for example, to attribute a subscription back to the ad that brought you here, and to build audiences of people likely to be interested in Whisperliminals. In EU/UK/EEA locales none of this loads until you click Accept; elsewhere it runs by default, and you can refuse it with the Cookie Settings link in our footer (or, in California, the Do Not Sell or Share link).

For California visitors, we automatically apply Meta's Limited Data Use flag, which signals Meta to restrict how it processes your data. See section 4 of our Privacy Policy for the full opt-out picture.

4.Third-Party Cookies

Microsoft Clarity sets the two first-party cookies listed in section 3 (_clck and _clsk) and, through clarity.ms, its own third-party cookies. On a visit we measured on 25 September 2026 those were CLID (1 year), MUID (13 months), and SM (session); Microsoft's published cookie list also names ANONCHK and MR. They are governed by the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Clarity is gated by the same consent decision as PostHog: in EU/UK/EEA locales nothing loads until you click Accept; elsewhere it runs by default and you can refuse it with the Cookie Settings link in our footer.

PostHog sets cookies in your browser to power our product analytics. Meta sets cookies through connect.facebook.net when the Meta Pixel loads. Whop may set its own cookies when you click a subscribe link and are redirected to their checkout – those are governed by Whop's Privacy Policy .

5.How to Manage Cookies

If you're in the EU, UK, or EEA

Our cookie banner appears the first time you visit the Site. Click Accept to enable analytics and advertising cookies, or Reject to refuse both – refusing is as easy as accepting, and nothing tracking-related loads until you accept. The choice is remembered on your device.

To change or withdraw your choice later, click the Cookie Settings link in our footer. It re-opens the banner so you can accept or reject again – withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.

If you're a California resident

Click the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link in our footer. This disables Meta Pixel advertising-data sharing on this device. We also automatically honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal if your browser sends it – supported natively by Firefox and through extensions in other browsers.

All visitors

You can clear cookies and localStorage at any time through your browser's settings. You can also block third-party cookies entirely. PostHog offers a self-service opt-out at us.posthog.com/opt-out .

6.Updates and Contact

We may update this Cookie Policy as the technology we use evolves. The Effective Date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Questions? Email [email protected] .
