Website Privacy Policy

Effective October 8, 2026. RESTorative Co. LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

This policy covers the Whisperliminals website at whisperliminals.com. How the Whisperliminals app handles your voice recordings and other app data is covered in the App Privacy Policy.

1.Introduction

RESTorative Co. LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates the website at whisperliminals.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information the Site collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies only to the Site. If you have a Whisperliminals account, the app at app.whisperliminals.com has its own Privacy Policy, and that policy covers your account and the voice data you record.

Questions about this policy or your data? Email us at [email protected] . We respond within 30 days.

2.Information We Collect

Information you give us directly

When you sign up for our newsletter, you give us your email address. When you submit our contact form, you give us your name, email, message, and (optionally) your organization and the inquiry type you selected.

Information collected automatically

As you browse the Site, we collect pageviews, click events, an anonymous visitor ID, your truncated IP address, and session recordings (with form inputs masked) through PostHog and Microsoft Clarity. Clarity also builds click, scroll, and attention heatmaps from the same interactions. Both run on every page of the Site. We detect your country via Cloudflare's /cdn-cgi/trace endpoint to decide whether to show our cookie banner; the country code is cached in your browser's sessionStorage and discarded when you close the tab. Cloudflare receives basic request data (IP, user-agent) as part of serving the Site.

We also use the Meta Pixel for advertising attribution. The Pixel sends Meta pageviews, click events, the URL of the page, your IP, browser fingerprint information, hashed identifiers when available, and click IDs from fbclid URL parameters. See section 4 for how this affects you, and section 11 for the full sub-processor list.

Information from third parties

If you subscribe via one of our Whop checkout links, Whop sends us a webhook with your email and Whop user ID so we can sync your subscription tier. We never see your payment card details – Whop handles those entirely.

3.How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver the Site and respond to your inquiries.
  • Send the newsletter you opted into.
  • Understand which pages and features people use, so we can improve them.
  • Show ads on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and measure whether those ads bring people to the Site.
  • Comply with our legal obligations (tax records, regulator inquiries, court orders).

4.How We Share Information

We share data with the sub-processors listed in section 11 – the third-party services that help us run the Site. We also disclose data when legally required (subpoenas, court orders, fraud investigations) and during business transfers (we'd notify you).

Under California law (CCPA and CPRA), our use of the Meta Pixel for advertising attribution and audience-building may be considered "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We apply Meta's Limited Data Use (LDU) flag for California visitors, which signals Meta to restrict how it processes your data. You can opt out of this sharing at any time in three ways:

  • Click the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link in our footer.
  • Enable the Global Privacy Control signal in your browser – we honor it automatically.
  • If you're in the EU, UK, or EEA, click Decline on our cookie banner.

5.Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site uses cookies for analytics, advertising, and remembering your consent choice. The full list of cookies, what they do, and how to manage them lives in our Cookie Policy .

6.Your Rights

California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

You have the right to know what personal information we collect about you, to request deletion, to request correction, to opt out of "sale or share" of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. The opt-out specifically disables Meta Pixel advertising-data sharing on this device – see section 4 above for the three opt-out paths.

EU, UK, and EEA residents (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to processing. For analytics and advertising, we ask for your consent via the cookie banner before either fires; the Decline button on the banner triggers opt-out across both.

All users

Email [email protected] to exercise any of these rights. We respond within 30 days. If you're emailing on behalf of someone else, we'll ask for proof of authorization.

7.Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for users 18 and over. If you are between 13 and 17, you may use the Site only with the permission and active supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by our Terms on your behalf. Children under 13 are not permitted to use the Site under any circumstances.

If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we delete it without delay. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, contact us at [email protected] .

8.Data Security

We encrypt data in transit using TLS. Sub-processors that store data on our behalf encrypt it at rest under their standard security practices. We follow industry-standard practices to protect data we hold, but no system is 100% secure. If you have an account on the Whisperliminals app, see the app's Privacy Policy for the account-deletion cascade that removes your data across our systems.

9.International Data Transfers

Personal information collected by the Site is primarily stored in the United States. If you're in the EU, UK, or EEA, your data crosses the border when our sub-processors process it. Where the law of your country requires a specific safeguard for those transfers, we rely on the data-transfer terms in each sub-processor's standard data processing agreement. Email [email protected] and we'll tell you which safeguard applies to a particular sub-processor. Our email provider (Resend) publishes its own certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the UK Extension to it. Visitors in other jurisdictions with stricter local laws may have additional rights – contact us if you have questions.

10.Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Effective Date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. If we make material changes, we'll notify newsletter subscribers by email and post a banner on the Site. Continued use of the Site after a change becomes effective means you accept the updated policy.

11.Sub-processors

We share data with the following service providers to operate the Site. Each one processes that data under its own data processing terms, which we accepted when we signed up for the service.

Vendor Purpose Data Region
PostHog, Inc. Product analytics and session replay Pageviews, clicks, anonymous visitor ID, truncated IP, masked session recordings US

Meta Platforms, Inc. Advertising attribution and audience-building via the Meta Pixel Pageviews, click events, URL, IP, browser fingerprint, hashed identifiers, Meta cookies US

A note on Meta. Meta's Data Processing Terms apply through their Business Tools agreement, and those terms are where the Standard Contractual Clauses covering EU transfers come from. We apply Meta's Limited Data Use flag for California visitors to restrict how it processes their data. See section 4 for the three opt-out paths.

A note on Whop. The Site doesn't process payments itself. When you click a subscribe link, you're redirected to Whop's checkout, where the transaction happens entirely on their infrastructure.
